Your data belongs to you. We respect your privacy rights under GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection laws. Delete your account anytime, export your data, or exercise your privacy rights.

Important: Deletion is Permanent

When you delete your account, all data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. This includes injection logs, health data, protocols, badges, and all other information. This action cannot be undone. We recommend exporting your data before deletion.

How to Delete Your Account

Follow these steps to permanently delete your Peptide Prime account

Open Peptide Prime App. Launch the Peptide Prime app on your iOS or Android device and sign in to your account.
Go to Settings. Navigate to the "More" tab, then tap your profile name at the top to access account settings.
Account Management. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account" in the Danger Zone section.
Confirm Deletion. Read the deletion warning carefully. Type your email address to confirm, then tap the red Delete button.
Verify Email. Check your email for a deletion confirmation link. Click the link to permanently delete your account.

Can't Access the App?

If you're unable to delete your account through the app, you can submit a deletion request via email. We'll process your request within 30 days as required by law.

What Data Gets Deleted

Account deletion removes all of the following data types permanently

Account Information. Email address, name, registration date
Injection Logs. Peptides, doses, sites, dates, and times
Health Data. Weight, vitals, wellness logs, symptoms
Inventory Data. Vial tracking, prescription info, stock levels
Protocols & Schedules. Custom protocols, reminders, stacks
Learning Progress. Articles read, badges earned, streaks
Preferences. App settings, notification preferences, theme
Support Communications. Support tickets, feedback submissions

Your Privacy Rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws, you have these rights

Right to Access. Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you in a portable format (JSON or CSV).
Right to Rectification. Request corrections to any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Right to Erasure. Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data ("right to be forgotten").
Right to Restrict Processing. Request that we limit how we process your data in certain circumstances.
Right to Data Portability. Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format to transfer to another service.
Right to Object. Object to processing of your personal data for certain purposes like marketing or analytics.

Export Your Data First

Before deleting your account, we recommend downloading a copy of your data. You can export all your injection logs, protocols, wellness data, and more in JSON or CSV format directly from the app settings.

Go to Settings → Privacy → Export Data in the Peptide Prime app

After deletion, we may retain minimal records for legal compliance purposes (e.g., financial transactions for tax purposes) as required by law. These records do not contain your health data or personal content.
