How do I know your peptides are genuine?+

Every batch is synthesized to pharmaceutical-grade standards and independently tested by a third-party lab. We publish the certificate of analysis (COA) — purity, mass spec, sterility — and will send it to you on WhatsApp before you pay.

How should I store peptides?+

Lyophilized (powder) vials keep 12–24 months refrigerated at 2–8°C. Once reconstituted, keep refrigerated and use within 30 days. Pens should always be refrigerated. Everything ships cold-chain with ice packs.

Do you ship outside Jakarta?+

Yes — we ship across Indonesia with insulated cold-chain packaging. Jakarta orders typically arrive same-day or next-day; other cities within 48 hours via priority courier.

How do I order?+

What's the difference between vials and pens?+

Vials contain lyophilized peptide you reconstitute with bacteriostatic water and dose with insulin syringes. Pens come pre-dosed — you dial your dose in clicks. Pens cost more but remove all measuring and mixing.

Are peptides safe? Do I need a doctor?+

Peptides are potent signaling molecules and individual responses vary. We strongly recommend working with a knowledgeable practitioner, starting at conservative doses, and tracking bloodwork. We're happy to share published research on any compound.
